The Danish-Puerto Rican Society is having its annual picnic in Prospect Park on Saturday. Email the president for more info. There’ll be music all day, since we’re piggy-backing on the Boricua Festival. Bring Carlsberg beer and multi-ethnic smiles. Near the Bandshell. 2pm.
I wish I could be there – will hold a mirror event here in Cambridge, England in a punt on the river. I have my Puerto Rican flag from the parade, and will find a Danish one to go with it!

I’ll be in Miami with the Cuban’s, sorry I ment to say Americans…So I’ll find the Flags and put them as part of my bikini….yeah right…..
I’ll be in Puerto Rico…’cause I take the Boricua Fest very seriously and rather spend it here…BBQ’s aren’t Puerto Rican enough, so I’ll be walking around coconut in hand…
Make sure you do something Danish too.
