This terrifying creature at the Natural History Museum is called a Bjarkosaur. Other exciting facts I learned in a video at the New York museum narrated by Meryl Streep, is that we all have a bit of dinosaur within us. But not as much as birds do.
OK, so I know I’m just playing with my gadgets, but you know you like it. Today I made a video with my phone of a very weird theaterish multimedia performance. The Psychasthenia Society in “The Nanolove Report” featuring Jon Brunelle, Daniel Vatsky, and Mad EP. These are New York artists whose instruments are laptop computers. Worth checking out, top scores for weirdness.
Tonight, I’m sitting at the tea lounge, a favourite Park Slope hangout with wifi. I should be paying more attention to a text I need to finish. Instead I am playing with the super cool Odeo tool, which lets me record the live band here through my browser and post it straight to the blog. (Also see the “send me an Odeo” button in the sidebar.) Hey, the music is loud.
